½ c sliced onions
2T butter
1T minced parsley
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ grated lemon
1 c sour cream
5 cups slightly cooked green beans
2T butter
½ cup dry bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the onions & parsley in the butter. Add the flour, seasonings and lemon peal. Mix in sour cream then gently stir in green beans. Turn into a casserole. Top with the buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350º until bubbly
