2 tbsp. minced fresh cilantro
21/2 tbsp.fresh lime juice
11/2 tbsp. olive oil
4 6oz skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1/4 tsp. salt
cooking spray
Salsa:
1cup chopped plum tomato
2 tbsp.chopped red onion
2 tsp.fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 avocado, peeled and chopped

Directions:
Directions:
To prepare chicken, combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl, toss and let stand for 3 mins. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Sprinkle chicken with 1/4 tsp. salt. Grill chicken about 6 mins. on each side or until done.
to prepare salsa, combine tomato and next 4 ingredients
in a medium bowl. Add avocado; stir gently to combine. Serve salsa over chicken
