2lbs. Ground Chuck
1 qt. water
1 (15oz) can of tomatoes
1 (6oz) can of tomato paste
2 cups of diced onions
1/4 cup ketchup
1tsp. salt
1tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tbsp.red pepper flakes
1tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tbsp. all spice
1/2 tbsp. cummen
2 tbsp. chili powder
1(15oz) can of pinto beans drained and rinced
1 cup uncooked macaroni noodles

Mix all ingredients except macaroni in a large pot ( do not brown ground chuck). simmer for about 1 hour, them add the macaroni noodles and boil for another 10 minutes or until macaroni is done.
