2 Chicken Breasts
1 can Red Enchilada Sauce
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup
2 cans Rotele (Diced tomatoes with green chilies)
1 tsp ground Cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Dice the chicken and cook in frying pain. Then in a soup kettle, combine all ingredients and let this simmer uncovered for about 20 min or so. The longer it simmers, the more the flavors combine). Then enjoy!

We usually garnish with shredded cheese and use Scoops Tortilla chips to eat the soup. I also generally get all mild ingredients and it still has a good kick to it.
