1 1/2 lbs. spareribs, cut into serving pieces,
1 can (#2) sauerkraut,
2 c. shredded cabbage,
3 cups apples,
1/2 tsp. caraway seeds,

Directions:
Brown spareribs in large skillet. Combine remaining ingredients in shallow baking pan. Arrange spareribs on top. Cover and bake in hot oven 375 about 1 hour. With plenty of mashed potatoes to go under the self made gravy this is a generous meal for four.
