8 cups sugar
6 cups water
8 heaping Tbsp. Yuban instant coffee
1 vanilla bean
2 Fifths of Vodka (2 bottles)

Directions:
Directions:
Blend 4 cups water with sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Continue boiling very slowly for 20 minutes (set aside). Boil other 2 cups water & stir in Yuban coffee (set aside). Split vanilla bean lengthwise and add to sugar/water syrup. When cool pour into jug and add vodka. Let stand 2 weeks. Cover tightly.
