2/3 c. butter or margarine
2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. hot water
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. pecans
1/2 package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 package butterscotch chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together first 3 ingredients. Stir in eggs and vanilla. Mix flour, baking soda and baking powder together and add to butter mixture. Spread in greased pan. Put nuts and chips over dough and press down. Bake in 350º F. oven until golden brown.
