1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. Mazola oil
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
5 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugars and butter together. Add remaining ingredients. Roll into small balls and place on ungreased sheet. Press with glass dipped in sugar. Sprinkle more sugar on top. Bake 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
