2 1/2 cups flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 cup sugar 3/4 cup Crisco 2 eggs slightly beaten 2 Tbsp. milk 1 tsp. vanilla dash of salt 1/2 cup each of chopped nuts & raisins
Blend dry ingredients & Crisco as for pie crust. Add nuts & raisins and shape into little balls. After shaping, roll into crushed corn flakes. Make an indentation in center. Then press small piecesd of cherry into the center and bake. 10 - 15 minutes at 350º.
