1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. lemon extract
2 1/2 cups flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well sugar, oil, eggs and lemon extract. Add flour and baking powder and blend well. Make 2 or 3 loaves. Grease pan. Bake 350º for 25 minutes. While still warm slice diagonally about 2 inches each.

If dough is a bit sticky while working it, add flour.
