Cake ingredients:

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 can (15 oz.) fruit cocktail

Frosting:

1 stick margarine
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated can milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake ingredients together and bake in 17" x 8" cake pan at 350 º oven for about 30 minutes or until light brown.

Frosting: Combine margarine, sugar and can milk in saucepan and boil for one full minute. Add vanilla, pecans and coconut. Mix well and spread over cake while still warm.
