10 c. ground zucchini
4 c. ground onion
5 tbsp. pickling salt
2 1/4 c. white vinegar
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 red and 1 green pepper (coarsely ground)

Combine zucchini, onion and salt and let stand overnight. Drain well and rinse in cold water. Combine remaining ingredients with zucchini and onion mixture. Cook for 30 minutes. Pour into hot sterile jars; seal tightly.
