2 8 oz. containers of cream cheese
1 c. crushed pineapple, fully drained
3/4 c. finely chopped celery (optional)
1/2 c. finely chopped jalapeņo peppers
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 c. finally chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything together, except for pecans. Roll into a ball and roll in pecans. Serve with crackers.
