1 8 oz package of cream cheese
3/4 cup mozzerella cheese
1 10 oz jar raspberry fruit spread
8 2 in slices French Bread

Batter
4 eggs 1/4 c butter
1/2 c milk 2 cups crushed cornflakes
2 tbsp sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Stuffing: Combine cheeses and fruit spread with mixer.Place 2 T of stuffing into butterflied bread.

Batter:
Combine eggs, milk,vanilla, and sugar. Dip bread into mix, and dredge in cereal. Melt butter in large skillet and add bread. Brown on all sides. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with warm syrup.
