2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten
2 tsps baking powder
2 tsps cinnamon
1 tsp salt
2 tsps baking soda
2 cups flour
1 cup walnuts, chopped
3 cups fresh carrots, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and salad oil together. Add eggs and mix well. Combine dry ingredients and add to sugar mixture. Mix until smooth. Add nuts and carrots alternately. Grease and flour 9" x 13: cake pan. Bake at 350 degree for 45 minutes. When cool frost with cream cheese frosting and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
