6 cups flour
6 tsps. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups Mazola oil
4 eggs
4 tsps. lemon extract
1 cup orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, baking powder and baking soda. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat together sugar and oil. Add eggs and beat well. Then add lemon extract and orange juice.
Add flour mixture to liquids. Blend well with wooden spoon. Let mixture rest for 10 minutes. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet & bake. Cookies should only bake to a very light hint of color. 350º. 8-10 minutes
