32 large marshmallows
1 cup strong coffee or expresso
1 small container Cool Whip

Directions:
Melt the marshmallows in the coffee over low heat. IMPORTANT Let cool completely or it will separate. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour in small cups and top with Cool Whip and some grated chocolate over the top.
