1 bag baby spinach
1 bag romaine
1 C feta cheese crumbled
12 oz shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 of a red onion thinly sliced
1/2 lb bacon, fried, crumbled
Dressing: 3/4 T poppy seed, 1/2 C vinegar, 3/4 C vegetable oil, 1/3 C sugar, 1/2 tsp yellow mustard.

Directions:

Mix salad ingredients. Keep refrigerated. Mix dressing (can be done ahead) and toss just before serving.
