3 c. half and half and/or milk (I usually do a combination)
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (12 oz) pkgs Simply Potatoes, shredded style
1 c. grated parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk and butter in microwave or sauce pan and heat through until butter is melted. Place potatoes in sprayed 13x9 inch pan. Stir desired spices into liquid mixture and pour over potatoes. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over top. Bake at 325 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours (until potatoes are tender). I will sometimes speed this up by cooking in the microwave for 20 minutes first, then transfer to oven.
