1 c. shortening
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
tsp. baking powder
1 c. quick oatmeal
2 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
tsp. salt

Cream shortening and sugar until light. Beat in eggs. Add vanilla. Stir in flour mixed with baking soda, baking powder and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients. Form into balls about the size of a walnut. Bake at 375 for 10 to 12 minutes.
