1/2 jar sundried tomatoes (with half the oil)
1/2 Jar artichoke hearts (no oil)
1/2 jar tiny capers
1/2 box orzo pasta (cooked)
cooked chicken, cut up or shredded

bag of spinach

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients together. Let sit covered in fridge overnight. The next day just before serving, add spinach and mix well.

I thought shredded mozzarella would have tasted really good in this.
