6 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 cups butter, softened
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 cups milk chocolate chips
2 cups chocolate chunks
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 cup walnuts, chopped
2 Tbsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift together flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl combine butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla. Cream thoroughly, add flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Refrigerate a few hours or overnight. Shape into small balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake 7 to 9 minutes, or until sides are slightly brown but centers look gooey. Do not overbake.
