2 cups bread crumbs, any dressing mix
3/4 cup milk
1 # ground beef
1/2 # ground pork
1/2 tsp onion salt
1 tbsp garlic salt
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 10oz cans beef or mushroom gravy
Directions:
Directions:
Combine bread crumbs and milk Let stand for 5 min. Mix meats and spices. Add bread crumbs to meat mixture. Shape into small meatballs and place in single layer in shallow cake pan. Pour gravy over meatballs and bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. Keep hot in a crock pot or electric frying pan for parties
