Ingredients:  
4 eggs
1 cups pumpkin
1 cup Crisco oil
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon or substitute 1 tsp cinnamon for tsp ginger and nutmeg

FROSTING:
3 oz cream cheese
stick butter
1 tsp vanilla
bag powdered sugar (2 cups)
1 tsp milk or cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together in a large bowl. Make sure it is mixed well. Pour into an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 25 30 minutes.
FOr the frosting, combine dry ingredients, add milk or cream (1tsp). Beat until smooth.
