Strawberry Dressing
1 cup strawberries, halved
2 T. raspberry vinegar
2 T. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

Salad
4 cups mixed field greens
1 cup strawberries, halved
1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
6-8 fresh dates, cut in slivers
1/4 cup toasted pistachios, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Dressing: Process ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Set aside.

Combine salad ingredients in a bowl. Just before serving toss dressing with salad and sprinkle with pistachios.

Be sure to toast the pistachios to bring out the flavor.
Add blue cheese and chicken for a salad luncheon. Enjoy.
