2-3 cucumbers
salt
1 minced garlic clove
5 oz sour cream
paprika
vinegar (if desired - less than 1 t)

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice cucumbers very thinly. Add salt and squish and drain thoroughly. Put in bowl with garlic, sour cream, paprika and vinegar.
