8 Oranges, halved and pulp removed (eat as a snack)
2 large envelops of muffin mix (chocolate chip works well for scouts)
Ingredients for making muffins (often times may only be water, but could also need oil and eggs)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut oranges in half and scoop out orange pulp (it is the hollowed shells that you need. Eat the pulp as a snack).

Prepare the muffin mix according to package directions. Fill the orange peel cups half full of batter.

Wrap each one loosely with heavy duty aluminum foil. Make sure to leave space at the top of the foil wrapping for expansion.

Place in hot coals and make certain the batter side stays up.

Bake about 10 minutes or until muffins are done.

Serves 8 (2 muffins each)
