Cooking Spray
1 English muffin or plain bagel per person
2 slices Canadian bacon or 4 slices precooked bacon or 2 sausage patties per person
2 slices cheese - American, Cheddar or others as desired per person
2 eggs per person
Butter, salt, and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Spray non-stick on the foil.
Make a basket out of foil to prevent any leaks.
Put the muffin or bagel in the foil, open face. Butter both sides.
Crack the eggs over the muffins, break yolks open if desired. Salt and pepper to taste.
Then put the choice of meat and cheese on each side of the muffin.
Crimp foil and cook until done or about 15-20 minutes.
Do not flip as cheese will not turn out well if cooked directly on coals through foil.

Serves 1 - increase recipe as needed for more people.
