Cooking spray
3 pieces bacon per person
3/4 cup shredded hash browns or tater tots per person
2 eggs, scrambled per person
Salt, pepper, and other seasonings to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Spray inside of foil with cooking spray.

Add potatoes, then pour on scrambled eggs, then top with bacon.

Wrap securely. Cook on hot coals for at least 15-20 minutes, turning twice.

Can substitute two sausage patties or three sausage links for bacon.
