1 c. butter
2 3 oz. packages of cream cheese
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 ½ c. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. vanilla
1 ½ c. chopped pecans (divided)

Directions:
Directions:
Blend butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add flour ¼ cup at a time beating well after each addition. Chill mixture 1 hour then roll into one inch balls. Press into small tart pan to form crusts. Beat eggs slightly and blend in sugar, melted butter, salt, vanilla and ¾ Cup of the chopped pecans. Pour into prepared crusts and top with remaining pecans. Bake at 325º for 25 minutes. º
