1 c. butter
2 3 oz. packages of cream cheese
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 c. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter
tsp. salt
tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans (divided)

Directions:
Directions:
Blend butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add flour cup at a time beating well after each addition. Chill mixture 1 hour then roll into one inch balls. Press into small tart pan to form crusts. Beat eggs slightly and blend in sugar, melted butter, salt, vanilla and Cup of the chopped pecans. Pour into prepared crusts and top with remaining pecans. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes.
