1 c. butter
½ c powdered sugar (plus additional to roll cookies in)
2 ¼ c. sifted flour
¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
¾ c. chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients. Chill 2 to 3 hours. Roll dough into 1" balls. Bake at 400º until set, not brown, for 10-12 minutes. While hot, roll in confectioners sugar. Cool, then roll in sugar again. Makes 5 dozen cookies.º
