1 3/4 C Mashed or Canned Pumpkin
1/2 t Salt
1 3/4 C Evaporated Milk
3 Eggs
2/3 C Brown Sugar, packed
2 T Granulated Sugar
1 1/4 t Cinnamon
1/2 t Ginger
1/2 t Nutmeg
1/4 t Cloves

Mix ingredients thoroughly. Pour into pastry-lined pan. Bake at 425º for 15 minutes and 45 minutes at 350º or until a silver knife inserted 1" from edge comes out clean. Cover crust edges with aluminum foil if getting too brown. The center may still look soft, but will set later.
