1 large ketchup bottle
2/3 cup apple cider vinegar
dash cayenne pepper
1/3 cup molasses
2/3 cup honey
2 cup brown sugar 1/2-2/3 cup lemon juice
3 tbsp or more liquid smoke
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brush on liquid smoke, salt & pepper. Let sit 1 hour. Slow cook with lid on or cooking bag for about 3-4 hours at about 250 (or less). Make sauce & simmer. Put sauce on and grill.
