2 large ripe avocado,
2 tsp. lemon juice,
1 pkg caesar salad dressing mix or Italian mix,
1/2 c. sour cream,
1 carrot shredded,
2 green onions and tops,
1/2 c each finely chopped broccoli, cauliflower, and celery,
1/4 tsp. hot pepper seasoning.

Mash avocado, add the dry mix and stir in the chopped vegetables and lemon juice. Taste for salt. Let stand. Serve with raw vegetables for dip or with chips. For a salad dressing thin with milk or cream. You may want to add a little more lemon.
