1 Lg. (13 oz.) Pkg. Doritos (saving 2 cups)
2 Tbsp. Onion (grated)
1 (10 oz.) Can Chili with Beans
1 (10-15oz.) Can Enchilada Sauce
1 (8 oz.) Can Tomato Sauce
1 1/2 Cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded)

Topping:
2 Cups Doritos
1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
1 1/4 Cups Sour Cream
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.
Crumble 6 cups Doritos with your hands into a large mixing bowl. Add the onion, chili, enchilada sauce, tomato sauce and 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese to the crumbled Doritos. Stir, to combine. Place mixture into an 11 X 7 casserole dish.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven. Spread the sour cream over the top of the casserole. Top with remaining 2 cups Doritos, then sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheddar cheese. Bake for an additional 5 minutes.
