1 lb. unpeeled med. size fresh shrimp
3/4 c. Bisquick
1 T. sugar
3/4 c. beer
3/4 c. all purpose flour
2 1/2 c. flaked coconut
vegetable oil or canola oil

Sauce:

1 10 oz. jar orange marmalade
3 T. spicy brown mustard
1 T. fresh lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and devein leaving tails on. Set aside.
Combine Bisquick, sugar and beer stirring until smooth.
Coat shrimp with flour, dip into beer mixture. Gently roll in coconut.
Fry in oil (about 350º) cooking a few at a time until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
Serve hot with sauce.
Combine sauce ingredients in a small pan and heat until the marmalade melts.
