Serves 8-12

2 lbs shredded hash browns
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup minced onion
1 can cream of chick soup
12 oz sour cream
2 cups - 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups crushed corn flakes
1/4 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat dutch oven and melt butter in oven.

In large bowl, mix all other ingredients except crushed cornflakes and butter. Pour into dutch oven.

In small bowl, mix crushed corn flakes and butter together. Spread over hash browns.

Bake about 1 hour. Serve
