Crust:
2 c. flour,
1 c. crisco,
1/2 c. cold water,

Filling:
6-8 apples mixed variety,
1 c. sugar,
2 tbl. flour,
cinnamon to taste,
2 tbl. butter,

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Combine crisco and flour in large bowl, mix well with pastry blender, add cold water and mix with pastry blender. Store in refrigerator.

Filling: Peel, core and slice apples into bowl. Stir in sugar, flour and cinnamon. Set aside.

Divide crust in half. Roll 2 pie crusts out on floured surface. Place one crust in pie plate. Pour apple mixture into pie plate on top of crust. Smooth and flatten apple slices. Place slices of butter on top of apples. Cover with other pie crust. Cut holes in top of crust. Bake in pre-heated oven at 350 º for 1 1/2 hours.
