4 squares Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate
1 stick unsalted butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate with butter in saucepan. Mix in sugar and milk. Increase heat and boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Beat 10 min with wisk attachment until the chocolate becomes thicker. Pour on top of the brownies while still hot. Refrigerate and cut 2-3 hours later.

You must put this on top of my brownie recipe. It is actually the topping for them. I never make one without the other!!!!
