Pot one:
1 cup boiling water
1 cup instant rice
dash salt

Pot 2:
2 Tbsp flour in 1/2 cup water (combined)
2 Tbsp vinegar
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp soy sauce

1/4 cup dehydrated ground turkey or tofu
1 T dehydrated onion flakes
1/4 cup dehydrated peppers
1/4 cup dehydrated pineapple
1 tsp ginger

Top with 1/2 cup of chow mein noodles

Directions:
Boil one cup of water, add rice and water.

Boil the flour-water mixture, vinegar, brown sugar and soy sauce. Add all remaining ingredients. Bring back to a boil. Cover, remove from heat, and allow to rehydrate fully.

Pour over rice, top with chow mein noodles, and serve.
