Pot one:
1 cup boiling water
1 cup instant rice
dash salt

Pot two:
1 cup boiling water
1/4 cup dehydrated ground beef or turkey
1 Tbsp onions
1/4 cup dehydrated peppers
1/4 cup dehydrated cabbage
1/4 cup dehydrated peas or broccoli or green beans
1 envelope beef or turkey gravy mix

Top with 1/4 cup cashews

Pot one:
Boil 1 cup water and add instant rice plus salt.

Pot two:
Boil water and add all ingredients as indicated. Bring to a boil, cover, remove from heat, allow to sit until all is fully rehydrated.

Top with cashews
