1- can chunk pineapple (24oz) in it's own juice.
1- can (15oz) fruit cocktail in it's own juice
1- apple chopped
1- small box sugar free- fat free instant vanilla pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients together, including juices from the cans. Add dry pudding mix into fruit mixture. Can add some pecan pieces if wanted. Stir and refrigerate.
