5 cups Flour 3 Tbsp Baking Powder 1 cup Powdered milk 3/4 tsp Cream of Tartar 2 Tbsp Sugar 2 tsp Salt 1 cup Vegetable Shortening
Mix together dry ingredients. Add shortening. Mix to consistency of cornmeal. Store in covered container at room temperature. Use within 3 months. Makes 7 cups or 2 lbs. mix. Makes good substitute for Bisquick.
