1 pkg. lemon/orange supreme cake mix
1 pkg. lemon/orange jello (small)
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. salad oil
3/4 c. water
Glaze:
Mix 1/2 c. lemon/orange juice
2 c. sifted powdered sugar.
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, beat thoroughly. Pour in baking pan 9 x 13. Bake 350º for 30 minutes.
After taking from oven, poke holes in cake with a fork so glaze can run down into cake.
Glaze: Blend ingredients and pour over cake while cake is still hot from oven. Place back in oven under "broiler" for a couple minutes. Keep checking as it will burn easily. You just want it to melt and it will become a glaze.
