1 lb. penne pasta or variety of pastas
1 1/2 lb. Ground beef
1 large spaghetti sauce (48 oz.) - prefer Prego
1 small can mushrooms
1 green pepper, chopped
1-5 oz. Pkg. Pepperoni
12 oz. Colby-Jack Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Brown ground beef. Add spaghetti sauce and mushrooms to ground beef. Layer 1/2 of cooked pasta in bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Layer half of beef/spaghetti sauce mixture over pasta. Layer with half of green pepper and half of pepperoni. Layer with half of half of cheese. Repeat layers of pasta, beef and sauce, pepper and pepperoni, then cheese. Bake, covered with foil, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue to bake for 15-20 additional minutes.
