Dough:

1 c. butter
3 3/4 c. flour
4 egg yolks
Rind of 1 Lemon
1/2 pt. heavy cream

Filling:

2 1/2 c. nuts
4 egg whites
1 c. sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix like pie dough. Make small balls; put in pan overnight. Next morning roll out and fill with filling.

Use 1 1/2 tbsp. for patch of dough rolled as a crescent; bake at 375º until done.
