Ingredients:
6 Large Apples (I combine Granny Smith, Golden Delicious and McIntosh)
3/4 to 1 C. Sugar (How much depends on the sweetness of the apples)
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
2 Tbsp. Tapioca
1 1/2 Tbsp. Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients except for butter and place into the pastry lined pie pan. Dot the top with butter. Place the top crust, press top/bottom crusts together, trim and then flute edges. Cut a slit on top for a steam vent. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes and at 350 for 45 minutes. After the first 15 minutes cover the edges with aluminum foil or you can buy a crust protector at the store.
