3-4 # Pot Roast (chuck (best), rump roast or sirloin tip)
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Pkg Lipton Dry Onion Soup
3 or 4 potatoes, peeled and quartered
3 or 4 carrots, peeled, sliced lengthwise and then cut in half

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the meat in a little oil in a heavy pan (Dutch oven is best). Top with mushroom soup and dry onion soup. Cook in oven at 300º for about 4 hours. About 30 minutes before the roast is done, add the potatoes and carrots (turn the veggies in the pan juices to coat them). Continue to cook until the veggies are tender.
