4 eggs
1 T sugar
dash of salt
1 C milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
10 - 12 slices of bread, cubed
1 cube butter

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk eggs lightly. Add sugar, salt, milk, vanilla and cinnamon. Fold in the bread until it is all moistened. Melt butter in a fry pan. Add the bread mixture and cook, turning bread cubes so all sides get cooked, until lightly brown. Serve with syrup.
