1 lb. uncooked peeled and deveined shrimp (thawed if frozen)
1 ½ c of water
1 3 oz. package oriental flavor ramen soup mix (but any kind will work)
1 1-lb. bag fresh stir-fry vegetables
¼ c stir-fry sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 12 inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp in skillet 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pink and firm. Remove shrimp from skillet; keep warm. Heat water to boiling in same skillet. Break up noodles from soup mix into water; stir until slightly softened. Stir in vegetables. Heat to boiling. Boil 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisp and tender. Stir in seasoning packet from soup mix and stir-fry sauce. Cook 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently until hot. Stir in shrimp.

Can substitute 1 pound boneless sirloin beef, cut into thin strips. Cook the beef in the skillet until no longer pink. Can also replace 2 tablespoons of the water with dry sherry.
